Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 7 days to return your product after cancellation. If you return the entire order, you will be credited the full order amount excluding any shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are to be paid by the customer. These costs are approximately 7.25 euros per parcel, for the exact rates please consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of cancellation, the product will be returned to the company with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@tessavantiggelen.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Products purchased through this webshop are custom-made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is thus final after successful payment.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it may happen that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens that leads to a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two days of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It is always possible that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@tessavantiggelen.com. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
